Mentioning your service in a LinkedIn thread
Someone asks in a post how to fix their onboarding emails, and you do exactly that for a living. The urge is to drop "DM me, I can help!" and move on.
Answer the question in the comment instead. Give the two or three things you'd check first, written so they could do it without you. People scroll through a thread like that and notice who was useful.
Only mention what you do if someone asks, or in one short line at the end. Wait for them to reply before you send a DM. From what I have seen, a DM after a real exchange gets read and a cold one mostly gets archived.
